Terms of Service

The service

Saaht is a free platform of skill-based games (chess, sudoku, tic-tac-toe, connect four and more), playable offline versus AI or online against other people. There is no real-money play, wagering or cash-out; in-app currency is cosmetic only and has no monetary value.

Your account

Provide accurate details and keep your account secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. Sign-in is passwordless via one-time codes sent to your registered email.

Fair play & conduct

You agree not to:

• cheat, use bots/engines in human matches, or exploit bugs;
• harass, threaten or abuse other players, or send illegal content in chat/voice;
• impersonate others or pick offensive/infringing usernames;
• disrupt, attack or attempt to gain unauthorised access to the service.

Use the in-match block/report tools when needed. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.

User content

Usernames are public. In-match chat and voice are end-to-end encrypted and not stored or monitored by us - you are responsible for what you send, and other players can block and report you.

Availability & changes

The service is provided “as is” without warranties. We may change, suspend or discontinue features, and may update these terms; continued use means you accept the changes.

Termination

You can delete your account anytime in Settings. We may terminate accounts that breach these terms.
