Delete your account
Saaht (saaht.com) — account & data deletion
You can delete your Saaht account and all associated personal data at any time. Deletion is permanent and takes effect immediately.
Delete it yourself (fastest)
- Open the Saaht app (or saaht.com) and sign in.
- Go to Settings → Account → Delete account.
- Confirm. Your account and data are erased right away.
Can't access the app?
If you can no longer sign in, email grievance@saaht.com from the email address on your account and ask us to delete it. We verify ownership and complete the deletion within 30 days (usually much sooner).
What is deleted
Everything that identifies you: your profile and username, email address, mobile number, avatar, per-game ratings, friends and blocks, and your consent records. On-device data (app settings, XP, streaks, achievements and saved puzzles) is removed when you uninstall the app or clear your browser data.
What is kept
Finished match records are retained only in anonymisedform — with nothing linking them to you — so your past opponents’ histories and the public leaderboards stay accurate. Short-lived security logs are deleted on their normal schedule.
